1993 Honda CT70 Unregistered US Import Stunning Running Restoration Project
This stunning little has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours. This and the fact it's only showing 928 miles and has been in dry storage for the last umpteen years have helped maintain its boyish good looks.
As you can see this bike is complete but for the battery. There are a few light marks in the paintwork but otherwise this bike is absolutley stunning!
The wheels are straight and clean. The forks and yokes look straight with good chrome. The tail light assy is good as are the headlight and bowl. Instruments and switches look ok and move freely. The carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip. The fuel tank is squeaky clean inside. The seat base is in good condition throughout. The indicators are tidy. The chain guard is tidy. Both mud guards are straight. The standard exhaust is solid.
The engine is cosmetically clean. BUT BEST OF ALL it starts, runs, revs and stops on it's own fuel!
