2005 Honda CMX250 Rebel Unregistered US Import Classic Running Restoration Project
This well-respected, lovely looking 2005 Honda CMX250 Rebel custom cruiser with it’s low seat height & electric starter has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours. This and the fact it's only showing 5229 miles and has been in dry storage for a considerable time have helped maintain its boyish good looks.
Not that this bike needs or deserves restoring LOOK AT IT they are only ever original 1/once!!!.

The wheels look straight with minor rust spots on the chrome rims, good hubs & brake plate, disc, caliper & working master cylinder. Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome & clean alloy. Mudguards are both solid & are tidy. Taillight assy is good as are the headlight & hangers. Instruments & switches look good. Carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip. Paintwork is solid, fuel tank is squeaky-clean inside but has a dent in the original paint. Exhausts are original & solid. Seat is in good condition throughout. Indicators are tidy. Chain guard is tidy. Shock absorbers are damping fine.
The engine is cosmetically very clean BUT BEST OF ALL there is life in the battery & it fires, starts, runs & revs off the button.
