1973 Honda CB750K2 Unregistered US Import Classic Running Restoration Project
As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – Grabrail, battery, exhaust baffles & tank lock being the most obvious. It has stood a while, so the nonstandard black paintwork is faded, tyres are perished & brake master cylinder is not working.
The wheels look straight but the 16” rear & standard front chrome rims are pitted. Forks & yokes look straight. Paintwork is solid, fuel tank is useably clean inside. Exhausts are original HM341 items & are solid. The engine is cosmetically very clean, it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression BUT BEST OF ALL when we hooked it up to a good battery & fed it fresh fuel, gave it a few prods it fires, starts, runs & revs.
