1971 Yamaha AT1M-C 125 Unregistered US Import Barn Find Classic Restoration Project
This well-respected, very rare and much sought-after 1971 Yamaha AT1M-C 125 has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours.
PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........As you can see this bike has got a few bits missing, a few bits damaged/broken, a few bits rusty/corroded, a few bits non-standard & a few bits are very nice indeed.
The rear wheel is straight with a fairly clean chrome rim. Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome. Mudguards are both solid. Carburettor is free sliding off the twist grip. Seat base is in good condition.
The engine is cosmetically clean, it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression - We have had it firing/running on easy start spray but the fuel system & carb will need attention......don't fret we didn't run it long.
