This well-respected 1987 Yamaha XV700C Virago has recently been imported from North America where its spent all of its life. As you can see its got a few bits missing; side panels being the most obvious. The tank lock is damaged so we haven't been able to access the tank and there are a few rust scabs in the paint, particularly along the pinstripe on the tank. The wheels look straight with good clean alloy rims. The forks look straight with good chrome. Headlight, tailight and indicators all look good. Instruments look ok and switches move freely. Mudguards are straight and solid. The seat looks in good condition throughout. The exhaust feels solid but there is a dent in the top silencer. When we hooked it up to a good battery we had it firing, running and revving on easystart spray but the carb and fuel system will require some attention.We are selling this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer and get started!
