1969 Yamaha AT1E 125 Unregistered US Import Classic Restoration Project

This well respected and much sought after 1969 Yamaha AT1E 125 has recently been imported from North America where its spent all its life. As you can see the bike has a few bits missing; emblems, battery and chain being the most obvious. There is a large dent in the top of the tank. The wheels look straight but the bright chrome rims are rusty. The forks look straight but have a bit of rust present. Headlight and tailight look good. Instruments look ok and switches move freely. Mudguards and chainguard are straight and solid. The seat cover is torn but the base is solid. The exhaust feels solid and looks tidy. The tank is mucky inside but feels solid underneath. The engine turns over with compression but the generator wires are cut so we haven't had it running.We are selling this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer and get started!
