This well-respected, and very much sought-after Tax & MOT exempt 1973 Norton 850 Commando with good matching numbers has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life.
This and the fact it's only showing 20299 miles and has been in dry storage for a considerable time have helped maintain its boyish good looks.

As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – chainguard & airbox being the most obvious.
It has stood a while, so the battery is flat, paintwork is faded, tyres & seat cover are perished, master cylinder is not working & tank is mucky inside. Sadly the clocks are broken.
BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS.This is the actual bike you are bidding on – Not library pictures.
The wheels look straight as do the forks & yokes.
Mudguards are both solid.
Taillight assy is good as are the headlight & hangers.
Carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip.
Seat base is in good condition throughout.
The engine is cosmetically clean, it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression BUT BEST OF ALL when we, gave it a few prods it fires, starts, runs, revs & rides.
