This Tax & MOT exempt 1983 Kawasaki KZ550F Spectre shaft drive factory custom has recently been imported from North America.
This and the fact it's only showing 8288 miles and has been in dry storage for a considerable time have helped maintain its boyish good looks.

As you can see this bike is nearly complete missing just the front indicators.
It has also got the wrong front headlight in it.
It has stood a while, so the battery is flat, lacquer is lifting off the pinstripes, tyres are perished & some of the chrome is pitted.
NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS.This is the actual bike you are bidding on – Not library pictures.
The wheels look straight good hubs & brake plate, disc, caliper & working master cylinder.
Forks & yokes look straight.
Mudguards are both solid but front is pitted.
Taillight assy is good.
Instruments & switches look ok.
Carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip.
Paintwork is slightly faded but solid, fuel tank is useably clean inside and has just minor dents/marks & scratches in the original paint.
Exhausts are original & solid.
Seat is in good condition throughout.
The engine - We have had firing/running on easystart spray but the fuel system & carbs will need attention.
