1977 Honda GL1000 Goldwing Unregistered US Import Classic Restoration Project

This well-respected 1977 Honda GL1000 Goldwing has recently been imported from North America where its spent all its life. As you can see it has a few bits missing; front indicators and start button being the most obvious. There are a few marks in the standard paint, the seat cover is torn and there are holes in the header pipes near the silencer connector. The wheels look straight with clean rims. Forks look straight with bright chrome. Headlight, tailight and rear indicators all look ok. Instruments look good and remaining switches all move freely. The carb is sliding off the twist grip but is stiff. The silencers look good and feel solid. mudguards are straight and solid. Grabrail is straight and chrome is bright. The kickstart lever is safely tucked away behing the RH tank panel. When we hooked it up to a good battery we had it firing/running on easy start spray but the carb and fuel system will require some attention.We are selling this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer and get started!
