This well-respected, tax and MOT exempt, 1977 Honda GL1000 has recently been imported from North America where its spent all its life. As you can see its got a few bits missing; rear mudguard rail, rear indicators and mirrors being the most obvious. We also noted that; there are holes in both silencers, a few marks in the paint and also a hole in the engine block. The wheels look straight with clean alloy rims. The forks look straight with bright chrome. Instruments look ok and switches move freely. Headlight and bowl look ok but the rim has a scuff. Tailight and front indicators are ok. Mudguards are straight and bright. The seat is in good condition. The carb is free sliding off the twist grip. When we hooked it up to a good battery and fed fresh fuel directly to the carb we had it firing, running and revving but the carbs will need a bit of attention.We are selling this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer and get started!
This bike is UK road registered and will come with plate and V5C document.
