This well-respected, and very much sought-after Tax & MOT exempt 1972 Honda C790 has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life.
This and the fact it's only showing 2720 miles and has been in dry storage for a considerable time have helped maintain its boyish good looks.
While it looks entirely plausible, we have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it.

As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – L/h side panel & tool kit being the most obvious.
It has stood a while, so the paintwork is faded & tyres feel very hard.
BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS.This is the actual bike you are bidding on – Not library pictures.
The wheels look straight with nice clean chrome rims, good hubs, spokes & brake plates.
Forks look straight & clean.
Mudguard is solid.
Taillight assy is good as are the headlight & cowl.
Instruments & switches look good.
Carburettor is free sliding off the twist grip.
Exhaust is original & solid.
Seat is in very good condition throughout.
Indicators are tidy.
Chain case is tidy.
The engine is cosmetically clean, it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression,
BUT BEST OF ALL when we gave it a few prods it fires, starts, runs, revs & rides.
