1974 Yamaha DT100A Unregistered US Import Stunning Running Classic Enduro VIN: 437019338 Stock No: 97858 This well-respected, and very much sought-after Tax & MOT exempt 1974 Yamaha DT100A Enduro has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours

This and the fact it's only showing 3386 miles and has been in dry storage for a considerable time have helped maintain its boyish good looks

While it looks entirely plausible, we have been unable to confirm this mileage reading

As you can see this bike is nearly complete missing just the r/h mirror & tool kit

It has stood a while, so the battery is flat & paintwork is nicely faded

BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS

This is the actual bike you are bidding on – Not library pictures

The wheels look straight with nice clean chrome rims, good hubs & brake plates

Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome

Mudguards are both solid

Taillight assy is good as are the headlight & hangers

Instruments & switches look good

Carburettor is free sliding off the twist grip

Paintwork is slightly faded but solid, fuel tank is useably clean inside and has just minor dents/marks & scratches in the original paint

As does the oil tank

Exhaust is original & solid

Seat is in very good condition throughout

Indicators are tidy

The engine is cosmetically very clean, it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression BUT BEST OF ALL when we fed it fresh fuel, gave it a few prods it fires, starts, runs, revs & rides very nicely
