1997 Yamaha XJ600 Seca II Unregistered US Import Classic Restoration Project
This uncommon little 1998 Yamaha XJ600 SECA II has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours.
We have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it.

PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........ As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – ball ends off the front brake and clutch levers being the most obvious. There are a few wires hanging loose and a few bits non-standard, mirrors, indicators, silencers being the most obvious. There are a couple of dents in the tank and a few marks in the paint.
BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS......... The wheels are straight but the paint is peeling and the brakes work. The forks and yokes look straight with good chrome. The tail light assy is good as are the headlight and shroud. Instruments look ok and switches move freely. The fuel tank looks useably clean inside. The seat base is in good condition throughout. The indicators are tidy. The chain guard is tidy. Both mud guards are solid. The carbon exhaust is solid.
The engine is cosmetically clean. BUT BEST OF ALL when we hooked it up to a boost battery and fed it some fresh fuel we had it firing/running & revving.
We are selling this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer and get started!
