1984 Yamaha FJ1100 Unregistered US Import Running Classic Restoration Project
This clean looking 1984 Yamaha FJ1100 has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours.
PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........ As you can see this bike is complete, however we noticed the lugs are broken on the front mudguard, the screen has melted in a couple of places, and 1 indicator is held on with tape. There are a few marks in the paintwork, but the bike generally looks smart.
The engine is cosmetically clean. There was power in the battery on this one and the bike readily started. It revved up with no nasty noises but it does tend to pop and bang, so the fuel system & carbs will need attention.
We are selling this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer and get started!
