This tax and MOT exempt 1983 Honda GL650 Silverwing has recently been imported from North America where its spent all its life. As you can see the bike looks pretty complete but we did note that; the seat cover is torn, paintwork is faded, tail piece is cracked and there are a few scrapes to the headlight Cowl. The wheels look straight with clean alloy rims. Forks look straight with bright chrome. Headlight, tailight and indicators all look ok. Instruments look ok and switches move freely. The tank is squeaky clean inside. Mudguards are straight and solid. Exhausts feel solid and silencers are bright. When we hookes it up to a good battery we had it firing, running and revving on easy start spray but the carbs and fuels system will require some attention.We are selling this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer and get started!
