This 1980 Honda CM400A Hondamatic has recently been imported from North America.

We have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it.

As you can see this bike has been painted and is missing the side panel badges.

It has stood a while, so the battery is flat, tyres & seat cover are perished & master cylinder is not working.

Sadly, the l/h side panel is secured with tape.

BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS.

The wheels look straight with clean chrome rims, good hubs & brake plate.

Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome.

Mudguards are both solid but pitted.

Taillight assy is good as are the headlight & hangers.

Carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip.

Fuel tank is useably clean inside.

Exhausts are original & appear to be solid.

Seat base is in good condition throughout.

Indicators are tidy.

Chain guard is tidy as is the rack.

The engine we have had firing/running on easystart spray but the fuel system & carbs will need attention.

We are listing this bike as a trade clearance item so make us an offer, get it bought and get this project started.
